This is a thing were thinking of bringing to the FRP, making it more of a proper RPG. So, were going to test it here. (WWII is unaffected by this)

So here are the rules:

Down at the bottem, you will see a dropbox called Dice Roll. Thats what we do. Each character will be given stats, i guess we should roll dice to see what they are, and roll dice accordingly.

For example, lets use six stats.

Attack - Determines how many Attack dice you roll per turn.

Defence - Same as attack, but for Defence.

Heal - Same again, but for Heal dice

Stamina - Same, for Energy.

HP - Your HP will be default at 100.

MP - Your default MP will be 100.

So to determine what each of my stats are, i shall roll each die once. Each will determine that die's stat, and thuslly how many dice you roll per turn using that stat. If a roll for a Stat determination is above three (so 4-6), subtract one, and that shall be your stat, except for Heal and DEF, which shall be the value rolled.. The max ATK is 5, max DEF 5, Max Heal 6, Max STA 5.

Then, i shall do my Actions. Here is how:

Roll your attack dice to attack someone. If someone attacks you, you roll your Defence dice. The damage done is equal to the value of Attack minus Defence.

If you want to use a Magic attack, you roll Attack dice equal to your Stamina stat. This value will be subtracted from your MP.

You may only roll one die per turn, unless the first is Defending against an attack. For example, you cant attack and heal, but you can defend, and then attack.

You may roll your Healers dice (Amount equal to Heal stat). This amount will be added to your HP.

Energy dice do the same thing, but to regen MP.

Thats about it. Ill go first i guess.

To be honest, i always thought of this as a story, not an rpg. While it might be able to make for a good story, it's damn near impossible to use in practice. This is why most RPGs don't use any form of dice or random chance elements. It ruins, more often than not, a good game because one person gets a lot of good rolls and one person get's shite. It'd be a lot easier to simply continue what we've always done.

That being said, I'll go along with it.

Obviously if it is something the members arent going to want, it wont be implemented. It was just a thought. That being said, this thread will stay up. Lets call it a minigame.
